The annual association meeting is held early each year. It is at the annual meeting that directors are elected to fill the positions of those with expiring terms. The meeting notice, the minutes, and copies of the yearly financial statement can be found in the homeowners page.

Finance Committee

The role of the finance to oversees budget preparation, financial oversight, and reserve fund management. They develop financial policies, review vendor contracts, and participate in long-term financial planning. Their role ensures transparency, accountability, and the financial stability of the community.

Tennis Committee

The Tennis Committee oversees the management and maintenance of tennis facilities, organizes tennis-related events and programs, and promotes tennis as a recreational activity within the community

Landscaping Committee

he goal of the Landscape Committee is to work towards increased property values in our community by impacting our neighborhood with curb appeal and well-groomed common areas.

We work directly with our vendors and make recommendations to the Board on new plants and shrubs when needed, spring and fall flowers as well as tree removal.

Welcome Committee

The Welcome Committee will be responsible as an Ambassador for Grove Park and provide a positive first welcome for new homeowners. This committee will develop and implement a process to connect new homeowners into Grove Park, assist in transitioning new homeowners into our community, and share key information to new homeowner.

Social Committee

The Social Committee is responsible for organizing social events throughout the year to enhance the family-friendly nature of our community. The Social Committee hosts a number of events throughout the year and encourages and welcomes engagement from all neighbors.

Communication Committee

The communications committee will evaluate and recommend a communications plan that assures consistent flow of key information for homeowners which includes Graduation Banner, Newsletter, Social Media, Website and Electronic Surveys.​ The committee also fosters community engagement, coordinates events, and addresses resident feedback to enhance communication and connectivity within the neighborhood.

Pool Committe

The Pool Committee in an HOA oversees the management, maintenance, and operation of the community pool. Their responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, managing pool schedules and addressing any pool-related concerns or issues raised by residents. The committee works to create a pleasant and enjoyable pool experience for all residents while promoting safety and adherence to pool rules and regulations.

Block Captain Chair

The purpose is to leads a network of block captains responsible for fostering a sense of community, facilitating communication, and addressing neighborhood concerns. They coordinate neighborhood watch programs, organize community events, and serve as a liaison between residents and the HOA board. The role involves promoting neighborly interactions, addressing safety issues, and enhancing the overall well-being of the neighborhood.

Architectural Committee

The purpose of the Architectural Committee is to govern the exterior appearance of all properties in the association in order to preserve and improve the appearance of the community and the property values therein. Owners must submit plans and specifications for work which alters the external appearance of a property to the ACC for approval.

The approval process for an architectural or landscaping modification requires that the homeowner submit a “Request for Architectural Approval”. To view the procedures for preparing and submitting the Request for Architectural Approval.

Zoning Committee

The zoning committee will be responsible to follow Forsyth County zoning request and advise the HOA on matters of potential concern. They will build relationships within Forsyth County leadership to assure Polo’s voice is heard. The zoning committee will partner with the Communication committee to ensure residents are informed of important public hearings and commissioner meetings.

Grove Park Closing Coordinator

The Grove Park Closing Coordinator ensures smooth real estate transactions by managing HOA-related requirements. This includes providing resale disclosures, verifying compliance, coordinating dues and transfer fees, and assisting buyers with HOA onboarding. Serving as a key liaison, they help facilitate a seamless transition for homeowners, buyers, and real estate professionals.
