Voting by Proxy at HOA Meetings: What you Need to Know
One of the most common questions we receive about proxies is: "What is it?" Simply put, a proxy is a document that allows a homeowner to appoint someone else to vote on their behalf at HOA meetings.
Proxies are especially valuable because they:
✔ Ensure your vote counts, even if you can’t attend the meeting.
✔ Help the HOA meet quorum, allowing important votes to take place.
If you can’t make it to an upcoming meeting, submitting a proxy is a great way to stay involved and have your voice heard.
