Two of our current Board Members—Randy Sharp and Charli Xavier—will be stepping down, and we’re opening up two seats for new board members. This is a great opportunity to get involved and help shape the future of our neighborhood!
✅ Who Can Run?

  • Must be a Grove Park homeowner in good standing

  • Must have a desire to serve the community and help manage HOA business

  • No prior board experience required—just a passion for Grove Park!

📝 How to Get on the Ballot

  1. Complete the Nomination Form
    You may nominate yourself or another resident.

  2. Include a brief statement about why you (or the person you're nominating) would be a good fit for the board.

  3. Submit the form before Annual Grove Park HOA Meeting.

📅 When Is the Vote?

The official vote for the two open board seats will take place at the:

Can’t attend in person? Be sure to submit a Proxy Form so someone can vote on your behalf.
